The following terms and conditions (referred to as “EOSS T&C”) apply to all purchases made during the Hive91 End of Season Sale (EOSS) on www.hive91.com (referred to as the “Hive91 Website”). The EOSS period is defined as 7th January 2023 (12 AM IST) to 15th February 2025, unless modified, extended, or revoked by Hive91 without prior notice. Any changes to the EOSS period will be at the sole discretion of Hive91 and without liability.
The EOSS T&C apply alongside the general Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) listed on the Hive91 Website. In case of conflicts, the EOSS T&C will prevail for purchases made during the EOSS period from the SALE section unless specified otherwise.
General Terms & Conditions:
- This document constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not require physical or digital signatures.
- The EOSS applies exclusively to selected products listed under the SALE section during the EOSS period on the Hive91 Website.
- Hive91 reserves the right to modify, extend, revoke, or discontinue offers at any time without prior notice.
- By making purchases during the EOSS period, customers (“you/your”) agree to abide by the EOSS T&C.
- Hive91 is not liable for any transaction failure due to technical issues, stock unavailability, or other disruptions.
- Hive91 reserves the right to cancel orders, even if confirmed, in cases of technical errors or stock unavailability. Prepaid cancellations will result in a refund to the original payment source.
- Discounts and offers cannot be combined. Coupon codes are only valid for products in the Fresh section and not applicable to SALE items.
- Purchases made outside the EOSS period will follow the general Terms & Conditions on the Hive91 Website.
- Fraudulent activity, misuse, or tampering with the EOSS or website may result in order cancellations and customer disqualification.
- Returns and exchanges for international orders are not accepted. Standard return/exchange policies apply for domestic orders.
- Any disputes arising from the EOSS shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
Hive91 Exhibition EOSS Terms & Conditions
The terms below (referred to as “Exhibition EOSS T&C”) apply to purchases made during the Hive91 End of Season Sale (EOSS) at any Hive91 exhibition. The EOSS period is 7th January 2023 (12 AM IST) to 15th February 2023, unless extended, modified, or revoked by Hive91.
The Exhibition EOSS T&C align with the general Hive91 Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). In case of conflicts, the Exhibition EOSS T&C take precedence for purchases made during the EOSS period at exhibitions.
General Terms & Conditions:
- The offer applies exclusively to products marked under the SALE section at Hive91 exhibitions during the EOSS period.
- Hive91 may alter or discontinue offers or change exhibition venues without prior notice.
- Purchases made during the EOSS period signify customer consent to the Exhibition EOSS T&C.
- Hive91 is not responsible for transaction failures due to technical issues, stock unavailability, or disruptions.
- These Exhibition EOSS T&C apply only to purchases made during the EOSS period at Hive91 exhibitions. Purchases made before or after the EOSS period follow the applicable T&C at the time of purchase.
- Hive91 reserves the right to deny venue entry. Any offense, including theft or damage to merchandise, may result in immediate removal from the venue.
- Returns/exchanges are subject to the Return/Exchange Policy for exhibitions as detailed on the Hive91 Website.
- Any disputes arising from purchases during the EOSS period are subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
By participating in the Hive91 EOSS, either online or at exhibitions, customers agree to comply with all terms and conditions.
