Hive91 Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Hive91, we are committed to ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. By proceeding with a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise against completing your transaction.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery is facilitated through reliable third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and secure shipping.
- You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping charge of INR 150 is applicable per order, regardless of order value. This fee is non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are included in the total amount displayed at checkout.
- Tracking details, including the name of the logistics partner and an approximate delivery date, will be shared after order confirmation.
Delivery Areas & Address Accuracy
- Hive91 delivers to selected pin codes across India. Customers can verify delivery availability at checkout by entering their pin code.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including landmarks, if any, to aid smooth delivery. Hive91 is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
- COD is available in select locations. You can check COD availability by entering your pin code on our website.
- If your location is outside our delivery network, we regret that we cannot process your order at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS.
- Use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the logistics partner’s website or in the “My Orders” section on our website.
Delivery Attempts
- A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made to ensure successful delivery.
- If delivery fails after three attempts due to customer unavailability, Hive91 reserves the right to cancel the order.
Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, some delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Political disruptions, strikes, or lockdowns.
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will notify you proactively via email or SMS. Hive91 does not compensate for delays arising from these factors.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or the packaging appears tampered with:
- Do not accept the delivery. Return the package to the delivery agent immediately.
- Notify us promptly so we can address the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
